A delamination survey was carried out by Simpson Coulson Limited (SCL) to identify the works required for repair. SCL were awarded the Project Management duties for the hydro demolition and spray concrete repairs of the No.2 Heavy Lift Quay. Tender review by SCL of 4 potential contractors lead to the appointment of Mansells being awarded the contract for construction.
