Simpson Coulson Limited (SCL) is a well-established engineering consultancy that was set up by ex ICI engineers Dick Simpson and Bob Coulson in 1965. This is a heritage we at SCL are proud of and all our staff strive to continue to deliver and build on this heritage. Our client base is wide spread ranging from not only local clients but clients across and the UK and overseas.
